Who We Are
In 1979, development began on a parcel of land now known as Raintree. During the next decade, 97 homes were built in our community. Our neighborhood is diverse in age and located in Arnold, MD on the Broadneck Peninsula. Our Children attend one of Anne Arundel County's best public school feeder systems or one of the many fine private schools nearby.
We are within walking distance of the highly recognized Anne Arundel Community College and a short drive from the U.S. Naval Academy. Shopping, churches, parks and trails, golf courses, organized sports, and the Chesapeake Bay are all conveniently located near our community. Just cross the Severn River and you'll find yourself in Maryland's capital, the beautiful and historic town of Annapolis.
Recreation Area
Adult supervision is required. The open-space section of our Recreation Area contains play units, a half basketball court, and benches. If you choose to enter the woods and stormwater pond areas, you do so at your own risk.
